Understand billing and restricted access
Know the two-attempt policy and which account services remain available during a restriction.
Step by step
Community Admin: open the association’s billing management from Association settings. Read the billing simulation notice and the current simulated state.
The policy is two attempts in total: the initial attempt and one retry 48 hours after the first failure. An unresolved second failure or elapsed window restricts association content.
When restricted, normal community pages and edits are unavailable. The named Community Admin retains billing access; Account & service remains available for authorized requests.
In the current payment simulation, only clearly labeled simulation controls change simulated outcomes. No real card details are collected and no money is charged.
For a payment concern, speak with the association board. You can still maintain account security, sign out or switch to another association you belong to.
Before you continue
- Published rates are USD 79 monthly or USD 869 annually per association, plus applicable taxes. Annual billing saves USD 79, one monthly payment. Publishing prices does not activate billing or collect a payment.
- There is no live Stripe checkout, card editor or automatic collection in this release. Simulated results are not proof of real payment.
- A restriction does not delete community records. A future live payment integration must confirm the invoice was paid before restoring access; replacing a card alone must not unlock it.
