Submit one final, visible ballot for each eligible property you represent.
Step by step
Open an approved, open poll in Polls & proposals. Read its question, answer choices, closing time and transparency notice.
Choose one of your eligible properties and select an answer. Only properties assigned to you with an unused entitlement frozen at approval are offered.
Check the property and choice carefully, then submit. A submitted ballot cannot be changed or submitted again for that property.
If you represent several eligible properties, repeat for each remaining property. A submitted ballot for one lot does not use another lot’s entitlement.
Open the poll details to see results and the transparent ballot record, including property choices and voting weights.
Before you continue
- These polls are informal and nonbinding. Votes are visible to association members and are not secret.
- If you cannot vote, check the closing time, verification, current assignment, approval-time eligibility and whether that property has already voted. Ask the board to review discrepancies.
