Talk with your community in chat
Use your association’s shared conversation for short messages and everyday coordination.
Step by step
Sign in, select the correct community and open Community chat. Check the association name before writing.
Read the recent conversation. Use the older-message control to review earlier messages when needed; the unread indicator helps you find new activity.
Write a plain-text message, check it and choose Send once. Wait for the saved message before clearing or repeating it. An internet connection is required.
Use the forum for a topic that needs a lasting discussion, Meetings for an agenda and Documents for a published announcement. Chat messages do not replace those records.
For a technical problem or a private account question, open Support instead. A community chat message can be read by other active members of that association.
Before you continue
- The shared channel is visible to active members of the selected community. Community access restrictions apply. Support staff may enter through a reasoned and logged support session; their presence does not create a community membership.
- Do not post passwords, recovery codes, bank details, payment-card information or sensitive identity documents. Text is displayed as text; sending a message does not upload a file or send an email.
- Authorized moderators can remove a message from the conversation with a reason. The moderation action remains recorded. Chat is not a secret ballot, an emergency service or a formal statutory notice.
