Contact NeighborEase through private support

Open a private support request, follow replies and keep the problem and its resolution together.

Step by step

  1. Sign in, select your community and choose Support. For an invitation, ownership decision or board matter, contact your own association first; platform support cannot make those decisions for it.

  2. Start a request with a useful subject and description. Explain which screen or record is affected, what you expected and what happened. Include a record reference when useful, but leave out passwords, recovery codes and financial credentials.

  3. Open your request to read replies and send further details in the same conversation. Check Support for updates while using the app; no email or device-push delivery is sent.

  4. After the issue is resolved, close the request. If the same issue returns, use its conversation history and reopen it rather than sharing private details in the community channel.

  5. If you cannot sign in, use Account and recovery and the recovery codes you generated earlier. The signed-in support channel does not recover a password by itself. Do not give a support agent your password.

Before you continue

  • Your private request is visible to you and authorized NeighborEase support staff. A Board title or Community Admin role does not grant access to another person’s private support conversation.
  • Support access stays open until staff end it or sign out; it is recorded with the actual staff identity and reason. Staff do not become owners or appear as community members, and cannot cast an owner ballot or accept an agreement on your behalf.
  • Support is an in-app channel, not a promise of immediate or continuous attendance. Check the request for a reply. Chat does not replace required legal notices or independently verify an owner’s identity.
