Invite a member or join your community
Use a private invitation link to join the correct association with your own account.
Step by step
Community Admin: open People & properties, choose Invite a member, and check the intended member’s name, email address and role before creating the link.
Copy the private invitation link and share it directly with the intended person. The app does not send an invitation email.
Member: open the link. Create your own account if you are new, or use the existing-account option if you already have a NeighborEase account.
For a new account, choose a username of 3–64 letters, numbers, dots, underscores or hyphens and a unique password of at least 8 characters. Follow the form to finish joining.
Ask the board to verify ownership and assign the relevant property before expecting to participate in a poll.
Before you continue
- Invitation links work once and expire after 7 days. Ask the Community Admin for a replacement if needed; creating a new link invalidates the earlier unused link for that membership.
- An invitation grants association access. Keep it private. Signing in alone does not join every pending membership with the same email address.
- Register your community is for starting a separate association. To join an existing community, use its invitation link rather than create another community. If you already registered a personal account, use the existing-account invitation option with the invited email.
Sign in to carry out these actions in your community. This help page does not change any data.
