Step by step

  1. Open Meetings & events, or open the next meeting from Overview, to read its scheduled time and published agenda.

  2. Check the displayed meeting date, time and zone. Meetings use the organizer’s saved Central (America/Chicago) or Mountain (America/Denver) zone. Older meetings without a saved zone retain Central time.

  3. Choose Join online meeting when a link is present. The external organizer may require a meeting passcode, waiting-room approval or a separate account.

  4. Board: use the separate minutes editor after the meeting and save the written record. Saving minutes preserves the published agenda and any board draft.

  5. Member: return to the meeting details to read the minutes once the board has added them.

Before you continue

  • If the link or minutes are missing, ask the association board. The app does not generate them automatically.
