Review a proposal before the poll opens
Board review records a reason and, on approval, freezes the property entitlements for that poll.
Step by step
Check People & properties first: eligible members must be active and verified, with their properties assigned and the intended weights recorded.
Open a Pending review proposal in Polls & proposals. Read the wording, answer choices and closing time.
Choose Approve or Reject and enter a meaningful reason. The decision and reason are recorded in the audit history.
Approve only when the proposed question is suitable for an informal, transparent poll. Approval freezes eligibility and opens participation.
Review the recorded decision and results from the proposal. A reviewed proposal cannot be reviewed again through this workflow.
Before you continue
- Changing the registry after approval does not add an eligible property or update its frozen weight for that poll.
- Board approval inside the app is a product workflow, not confirmation that an official election or legally binding association decision is authorized.
